Is it safe for my Instagram account?

Comentia uses the official Instagram API for professional accounts, with the permissions you approve when connecting. It respects Meta's hourly limits and, when they get close, queues messages instead of forcing them. We never ask for your password.

What do I need to connect it?

A professional Instagram account (business or creator). You connect with one click from Settings. Meanwhile you can try the whole flow with the simulated account.

Does it work with reels, carousels and stories?

Yes. Posts, carousels and reels reply to comments; stories reply to whoever answers them with the keyword. There are also “global” keywords that work in DMs and with chat ice breakers.

What if a post goes viral and thousands of comments arrive?

Meta limits how many private replies an account can send per hour. Whatever doesn't fit waits for the next hour, first come first served, and nobody misses their link. You can see it all in Activity.

Can I ask people to follow me before sending the link?

Yes, with “Follow to receive it” (Starter plans and up). It checks they really follow you; if not, it kindly reminds them and, after three tries, sends it anyway so nobody gets stuck.

How do I know it works?

Every message includes a personal link. In Growth you see comments, links sent and clicks per day and per keyword, and in Contacts who is most interested.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You manage your plan and invoices from the billing portal, and if you cancel you keep access until the end of the paid period.
